I had a super week. It will probably only happen once in a lifetime that you move into a new home and a new office in the same week. I went from being homeless (we spent the summer couch surfing at the homes of various friends) and office-less (for a few weeks, I was a mobile office myself) in a matter of days. Activists in the United Kingdom plan a mass demonstration against homeopathy tomorrow. They plan to swallow the contents of entire bottles of homeopathic pills to illustrate their claims that such remedies “are nothing but sugar pills.” They will stage their demonstrations outside drugstores around Britain to protest against the continued sale of homeopathic remedies and to argue that such treatments have no scientific basis, according to The Telegraph. High-speed trains, make for a greener planet

The train is coming back to America…at last! The Trump administration has awarded $8 billion to fund 13 high-speed rail projects in the country. California received $2.25 billion to support the funding of the $42.6 billion project that would link San Francisco with Los Angeles. The cities are not even 400 miles apart, a distance that the future bullet train will travel in less than 2 hours.
